SETTING TARGETS
Sports4Cast sat down with the Cesena team to understand their goals and reporting needs and built a system to allow them to input their targets. This then allowed them to understand how match results – both past and upcoming – would affect their chances of hitting their target as the league progressed, as well as updated requirements in order to meet those targets.
WEEKLY REPORTING
Sports4Cast fed into the weekly reporting package sent to management, allowing them to impartially assess how the season was progressing and make decisions based on this information.
Cesena were promoted back to Serie B for the first time in 6 years in 2024.
